Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form


Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:


A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal (B2C)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contracts concluded with us within 30 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Qookie GmbH, Casteller Str. 104, 65719 Hofheim am Taunus, Germany, Email: info@qookie-baby.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it's not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and they have been inspected by us.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

General Information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
