How long can I carry my baby with the Qookie Go?

Basically, you can wear the Qookie Go for as long as it's comfortable for both of you. It's perfect for short carrying intervals and "Hop on, Hop off" moments when those little legs get tired. Since the weight is on one side, it's not meant for hours of carrying, but rather as a practical support on the go when you want to quickly pop your child onto your hip. You can extend the carrying time by alternating sides.

Can you wash Qookie Go in the washing machine?

Yes! At 30°, spin on low revolutions. Wash your Qookie Go carrier preferably in a pillowcase or laundry bag.

Why are you called Qookie?

The brand name Qookie originated from a reference to the nickname of our younger daughter. When Anna founded Limas in 2015, the name came from the initials of our older daughter, and we felt that the little one sometimes felt a bit left out because of that. Since we sometimes call the little one "Cookie" in everyday life, we decided to use this nickname as the basis for the brand name of our next company.

Description

The wool-silk bodysuits from Qookie are extra soft, not scratchy, and feel immediately pleasant on baby's skin. Thanks to the double snap buttons, they grow with your child and fit across multiple sizes.
The natural material keeps warm in winter and has a cooling effect in summer. It absorbs moisture without feeling wet, and stays pleasantly dry even with a lot of movement or close body contact.
Especially when wearing, wool-silk is a perfect companion because it regulates warmth well and keeps baby's skin comfortably wrapped.
The snap buttons are reinforced at important points, so the bodysuit lasts a long time and can withstand frequent opening and closing without any issues.
Our wool comes from certified European sources, and the bodysuits are made fairly and responsibly.

Orders from the USA are shipped directly from our US warehouse in San Diego – no import duties. In the USA , shipping costs are 5.90 USD.

Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated at checkout. For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland or United Kingdom), import duties or taxes may apply depending on the country.

The fabric is soft and pleasantly thick. This makes it seem robust. The closure with two press studs seems practical. I really like the colors.

I love this delicate cream tone. It looks so simple and goes with everything, under a romper, sleeping bag or just like that. The material is fantastic, light and still warm. I wash it on the wool cycle and it retains its shape and is soft.

Can I dress my child in wool and silk in the summer?

Yes! Many parents think of winter when they think of wool, but wool-silk has a cooling effect in summer. It prevents heat build-up and is ideal for babies who are carried a lot and have close physical contact.

Is wool silk suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, even ideal. Our organic merino wool is super fine and mulesing-free. Together with silk, it has a calming effect on the skin and is often recommended for sensitive skin or neurodermatitis.

What is special about the Qookie wool silk bodysuits?

Our Qookie bodies are made from 70% of the finest organic merino wool and 30% silk. The material is temperature-regulating, breathable and incredibly soft. It keeps your baby warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer, without any build-up of heat.

How do I care for wool silk properly?

Ventilation is often enough. If you want to wash, use the wool cycle, wool detergent and a maximum of 30 degrees. Not in the dryer. Let it dry flat to keep the fabric soft and beautiful.

Why wool silk instead of cotton?

Wool silk keeps you warm without overheating, absorbs moisture and stays dry on the skin. Ideal for newborns and babies.

Why are wool silk bodysuits more expensive?

What size do the Qookie Bodysuits fit from?

Our wrap bodysuits are available in sizes 50/56, 62/68 and 74/80. The normal bodysuits are available in 62/68, 74/80 and 86/92. Thanks to the double snap fasteners on the crotch, they grow with you and always sit comfortably.

How does the growing design work?

Two button positions at the crotch ensure that one bodysuit fits over two sizes. This means it accompanies you longer and always sits comfortably.

How many bodies do you need?

Many parents get along very well with three to six bodies. Since wool and silk are self-cleaning, they need to be washed less often.

Haben die Bodys von Qookie gekauft, da meine Kleine im Sommer sehr leicht schwitzt. Es ist viel besser geworden und auch keine Hautausschlag mehr. Zudem sind die Bodys hübsch und angenehm weich. Überlege noch die Langarm Variante zu kaufen. Sie passen auch sicher 2 Größen.
